We welcome you back to #engagEDnwi 2017, now in our fourth year at Lowell Senior High School in Lowell, Indiana on June 13th and 14th, 2017.    Sessions with nationally recognized keynote speakers, local spotlight speakers, exhibitors, giveaways, PGPs, and lunch are included for just $25 each day. You can register for a single day or both days and purchase orders can be used to register multiple staff members.

The overall theme of the conference revolves around engaging, equipping, and empowering students and staff through the purposeful use of educational technologies. Sessions are broken into three tracks and track information is provided to help attendees interested in certain topics. Attendees with a variety of interests are free to set their own schedule of sessions that interest them.


engagED sessions will focus on instructional strategies for engaging students and stakeholders at any level within a school corporation.

Topics include:  project-based learning, building maker spaces, classroom engagement in a 1:1, lesson design, digital citizenship/internet safety, and more!


equippED sessions will focus on strategies for equipping students and school staff with the necessary tools and support for innovative teaching and learning.

Topics include:  iPads/apps, Web 2.0 tools, websites, blogs, smartboards, movie making, 3D printing, STEM,  Twitter, coding, using Google Apps and more!


empowerED sessions will focus on strategies that promote involvement from confident and innovative leadership at any level within a school corporation.

Topics include:  technology coaching, student technology teams, planning a successful 1:1, strategic planning, evaluating teacher technology use, redefining learning spaces,  next generation learning initiatives and more!

Innovations Lab – Our popular hands-on learning space returns for 2017 with more options for you to try some of the latest technologies for classroom use. Come try some hands-on experiences with new classroom technologies and listen to some of our student and teacher presenters utilizing many of these tools on a daily basis!

Breakout@engagEDnwi – See how escape-based learning can help foster creative thinking and teamwork in your classroom. You can participate in a Breakout session or learn from our experts on how to design your own Breakout experience!
